What do you like best about your job? I love that we offer opportunity and a family culture. WCP is definitely a place where people can grow and not remain stagnant. The company also cares about the "little things". Our employees are people with families, not just an employee #. Most of the little things that definitely set WCP apart from our competitors come from the top. It gives me a sense of pride to see our trucks on the road.

Any other unique detail about you: I care about "my people". It's about relationships and human interaction. So much is automated anymore that we lose the personal part. Making it so that HR is a place of support, information and guidance is important to me. 

My position here at WCP consists of whatever is needed to promote our culture while navigating through ever changing employment law here in Oregon. From planning and organizing our company events to recruiting new members.
